한국지식경영학회, 매일경제신문사와
매일경제TV 주최로 "제4회 지식경영 심포지엄"이 개최된다.
이 행사에서 한국능률협회 박철희교수는 "지식제안시스템운영과
프로세스 접근"이라는 주제로 이번 13일 이화여자대학에서
논문을 발표한다.
논문의 개요는 다음과 같다.
지식경영에서의 지식의 획득, 창조,
공유, 활용을 가속화 하기 위해서는 정보기술이 필수적이지만 조직 문화와
참여환경이 중요한 요소이다. 지식경영은 조직문화이다. 조직문화는
그 조직의 구성원들에 의해서 만들어 진다.
본
연구는 정보기술의 효율적인 운영과 적극적인 조직의 참여를 위한 것으로써
현장지식을 창출, 공유, 활용하는 지식사원으로 성장시키기 위한 지식제안시스템의
연계 활동이다.
이 시스템은 지식제안의 프로세스
접근, 지식제안의 개념, 조직의 역할, 참여방법, 평가 및 보상활동을
연계함으로써 조직 구성원들의 적극적인 참여와 성공적인 지식경영으로
다가서는 유용한 수단이 될 것이다.

Knowledge Suggestion for Knowledge-based Management

In Knowledge-based Management, information
technology is essential in accelerating the process of acquisition,
creation, sharing, and utilization of the knowledge. Other
elements, of equal importance to this, are organizational culture
and participative environment.
Knowledge-based
Management is a cultural product of an organization, and it is created
and developed by the individual members that constitute the organization.
The objective of this research is in the effective
operation of information technology and encouraging active participation
of the individual members of the organization. Furthermore,
it is intended to be an activity to link together: the generation
of knowledge from the field, and its sharing and utilization; with
the objective of developing knowledge-based workers.
This
System may prove to be an effective means in pursuing the active
participation by individual members of the organization and successful
knowledge-based management by means of inter-linking: the procedural
approach in the Knowledge-based Suggestion System; its concept;
The roles expected to be played by the organization; Methodology
of participation; and the Evaluation/compensation of the activities.
